I didn’t write Spilling the Juice to impress or to point the finger at anyone.
We all have our own demons to face every day.
I wrote it because silence was no longer an option.
For a long time, I carried experiences that didn’t have a place to land. They lived quietly, unspoken, shaping who I was while remaining unseen. Writing became the space where those experiences could finally breathe — not polished, not perfect, but honest. This series began as a release, a necessary act of letting go of what I could no longer hold inside.
Spilling the Juice is a memoir series rooted in my truth, healing, and survival. Each book builds on the last, moving through honesty, reflection, and growth. The journey isn’t linear, and neither is healing. What unfolds is layered — moments of release followed by clarity, resistance followed by understanding.
This series is written for readers who have fought battles in silence and kept showing up anyway. For those who learned to endure quietly. For those who know what it feels like to carry weight without a name for it.
The first book is where the journey begins — not because everything is resolved, but because the silence finally breaks.
Writing these books wasn’t about reliving pain. It was about reclaiming a silenced voice. Growth sometimes asks us to speak when it would be easier to stay quiet, to choose truth even when comfort would be simpler.
This journey is ongoing. And if you’re here, you’re welcome to take it at your own pace.
